Having successfully applied to work on The Wonderful World of Crafting with Channel 5 and PI Productions, filming began in the workshop and progressed to a visit to Spitalfields Market in London to meet with Rosie Wolfenden who was chosen as our mentor. On a visit to Brancepeth Castle we met with Rosie Wolfenden and Michelle Ackerley who hosted the series.
After taking part in this series, and also two series of Scrap Kings, Neil received commissions to produce lighting and furniture for some of the UK’s best known TV personalities, and his work has been purchased for prestigious homes and villages around the country.
Unique Metalworks has been filming with Scrap Kings and this program aired on 24/03/2020. This piece was a table with a resin centre and the client provided some personal items to be incorporated into the table. Scrap Kings show the making of this unique piece.
Neil Marshall’s career has always centred around design and creativity. From his early days of construction and interior design, to intricate freehand airbrush art on motorcycles, signage and personal items, onto the evolution of Unique Metalworks which marries together all of Neil’s passion for imaginative design and the creation of beautiful Unique pieces.
